At the start of an inspection, Muster automatically creates the right workflow, so inspectors can see only the relevant tasks, measurements, and defect categories for that specific vehicle.

Faults are flagged automatically, based on regulatory thresholds and defect categories. Embedded logic calculated verdict: pass, fail, driving ban, or aborted

Muster automatically generates the certificate, prints it or emails to the customer, and submits results to national authorities

Hardware and devices

Link the specific brake tester, OBD device, or emissions analyser at each location so it communicates correctly with Muster. 

You can configure printers for certificates and receipts, as well as payment terminals, the same way.

Users and access

Manage user accounts and permissions centrally. Inspectors, cashiers, and managers each see exactly what their role requires.

Regulatory rules and markets

If inspection requirements differ between markets, Muster applies the correct rules at each location automatically. The system also supports multilingual operation.

Multi-lane operations

Stations handling multiple vehicle classes or inspection types configure each lane independently: its own devices, printers, and routing rules.
